My Role
This project consists on how to redesign the top 5 most visited pages at the Bank website (www.promerica.fi.cr) and how to redesign it with the Global Design System and make all the site consistent and intuitive.
The challenge was to research new ways to design these pages with a new architecture, learn and implement the Global Design System.
I started by researching in Google Analytics which are the 10 most visited pages and then I selected with the interested parties how we define them to redesign them. The only two pages that were not selected for the project were "Home" and "Credit Card Product." The first one was not selected because the entire website architecture will be up and running in the future (2024) and the Credit Card page was designed by El Salvador design team.
After that, I had to research other ways to redesign the arquitecture and navegability of those pages, also the arquitecture of how the user get into each page, how can be the user journey. And also, how to implement the new Global Design System, learn the rules and apply to the design.
So the process was:

Obtain data and analysis.

Define the pages that will be redesign acording with the stakeholders.

Benchmark.

Arquitecture design.

User Interface (implementing the GDS).

Testing.

Prepare assets for the Develop team.
I will show you the before and after of each page (I redesigned the all flow but I will show only 1 page per flow).
